In August 2023, the company plans to set up a green field project in Jammu & Kashmir that encompasses 89,184 spindles dedicated to producing Cotton Mélange Yarn and PC Grey Yarn, coupled with a Dye House, with an estimated investment of Rs. 914 crore (US$ 109.97 million).
The Board has approved setting up of a green field project for 89,184 Spindles comprising of Cotton Mélange Yarn and PC Grey Yarn along with Dye House at J&K. The commercial production of the project is expected around Q4FY25.
